This is an out-and-back hike along an old railroad bed. The surface is level, wide crushed stone. We’ll stroll through farmland and behind people’s backyards, and get glimpses of the Little Bushkill Creek. Plainfield Township purchased the property in 1987, and the trail was completed in 1991.
Leashed dogs are welcome. Dress for the weather, wear sun hats, sun screen and wear comfortable walking shoes. This is also a great bike trail.
