Inventors and engineers often take inspiration from nature. The first telescope is 3,000 years old. Lime was used to create concrete 2,000 years ago. Man has always observed and experimented with elements found in nature. Maybe the young engineer in your home is experimenting with kitchen sink science, dismantling non-functioning electronics or simply observing everything outdoors. All things fit together physically and chemically and support other life in a myriad of ways. This week can be characterized as very STEM- Science, Technology, Engineering and Math-oriented. We’ll incorporate our fun approach to solve problems, experiment and build. At Circle of Seasons Charter School for Grades K-3 COS students only.
