The Mommy and Me sequence was designed for mothers to include their little ones in their yoga practice. This gentle 55-minute flow helps new mothers to regain strength in their bodies while playing and bonding with their babies. It as well highlights the importance of self-care during this extraordinary time in a woman’s life. Bring your own yoga mat, towel, water and all your baby needs. The six classes can be fulfilled either on Wednesdays and/or Fridays.
