Coaches will focus on teaching sprints, hurdles, jumps, distance running, and throws in a safe and fundamental way. The program and camp will consists of body balance techniques including speed, quickness and agility drills, which will help produce a quicker, safer more powerful performer. A wide variety of timed events will take place each day, with an event championship series on the final day.
