Do you feel pulled in a million different directions? Do you feel like you’re constantly on the go? Take some time to stop and pause, manage your stress, and devote time for your self-care. Mindful-ness is a great way to help manage our busy and hectic lives and to give ourselves the care and support we deserve and need. Each class will include guided mindfulness practices and discus-sion in a supportive group setting. The goals of these sessions are to develop greater stability, inner calmness and less reactivity, which will allow you to be more present in your daily life. Appropri-ate for all levels.
